The menu features an excellent range of popular American favorites and an extensive variety of heart healthy choices. The Healthy Eating program identifies real, whole ingredients that can have a positive impact on the brain and body. During August and September, each dining venue will offer unique menu items that feature: kale, peaches, blueberries and avocado.

Healthy Living Bowl - $9

Roasted beets, sweet potatoes, kale, heirloom tomato and hummus.

Pickled Blueberry Salad - $9

Romaine lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, cucumber and carrots with an almond-crusted goat cheese croûton, finished with pickled blueberries.

Superfood Smoothie - $5

Baby spinach, kale, avocado, mint, parsley and banana.

Amber’s Peach Cobbler - $4

Served with a quinoa granola crumble.

Blend

The Blend, located at the Woodlands Commons, features freshly baked breakfast breads, Belgian waffles, Caribbean French toast, cooked-to-order eggs, breakfast sandwiches and a wide selection of light breakfast items. The Blend also features freshly brewed coffee, espresso, cappuccinos and other specialty coffee creations. For lunch, enjoy homemade soups, salads, deli sandwiches, Paninis and made-to-order wraps.

The Crystal

The Crystal, located near the Island Commons, is Shell Point’s iconic home away from home restaurant. The Crystal has served as the Island’s neighborhood main dining venue since 1969. In 2018, the restaurant underwent a complete transformation from its exterior to the interior, elevating the overall dining experience.

This cornerstone restaurant provides a wide variety of offerings from theme buffets, artisan pizzas created in a Fire Deck oven, and an expansive a la carte menu with patio front dining.

Dinner: Monday - Friday 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Island Café

The Island Café, located near the Island Commons, brings neighbors together. In addition to serving coffee, tea and freshly baked pastries, the Island Café also offers a refreshing menu of garden-fresh salads, bountiful sandwiches, yogurt, ice cream, chips, snacks and an array of juices and soft drinks.
